Individual Therapy

You don't have to keep feeling stuck.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, overwhelming emotions, unresolved experiences, or simply feel disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you make sense of what's happening beneath the surface.

My approach is grounded in attachment theory, which means we'll explore how your early relationships shaped the way you see yourself, relate to others, and navigate the world today. Together, we'll identify the beliefs and patterns that may have once protected you but are no longer serving you. Lasting change begins by understanding why those patterns developed—not just learning how to manage them.

In addition to insight-oriented therapy, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Rather than reliving the past, EMDR allows unresolved memories to become less emotionally charged so they no longer have the same impact on your present.

My goal isn't simply to help you cope—it's to help you understand yourself differently. As you begin to shift old beliefs and process unresolved experiences, you'll often find that your relationships, confidence, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life begin to change as well.

Every person who walks into my office has a unique story. Therapy isn't about becoming someone else—it's about reconnecting with who you are beneath the anxiety, self-doubt, and protective patterns you've carried for so long. Together, we'll create a space where you can feel understood, challenged, and supported as you build a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
